As Rx’d Bugfixes 1.0.1

The first week of sales isn’t over yet, but we’ve already got some feedback for features and bugfixes for As Rx’d. Version 1.0.1 was submitted for review at the AppStore just moments ago. Some of the fixes include:

  • Fixed a bug blocking the Twitter button to show up when it should
  • Fixed a bug that caused the “Done” button to be disabled when it shouldn’t be during exercise creation
  • Added the ability to remove user-created movements by swiping
  • Added a couple more RSS feeds to the settings (Want your gym added? Hit that contact button up top!)

We’re working on a feature update version already, so if you have suggestions/wants/desires send us some feedback. If you send us something over the contact form, it goes to our phones. AppStore reviews could be a few days before we notice.

    Analytics: I’d like to see

    1. time comparisons for the benchmark workouts
    2. progress (or digress) for weighted exercises, but adjusted for reps/round and reps/workout and time. What that means: we might have 2 workouts on 2 different days that contain the same exercise with different numbers of reps. On one day, might be 5 reps with a rx weight of 100# and on the other day it’s 20 reps but with 70#. Somehow, those 2 things need to me made comparable. (total weight lifted maybe?)
    3. Probably way more difficult, but somehow compare totally different routines. Maybe by body part worked?

    I would expect somewhere, somebody has done some of this work – to come up with a mathematical way to throw all the vars in a workout into a formula and come up with some benchmark number….
